Reiki practice ChiShoNen
1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments, and agreements with ChiShoNen.
1.2 By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Treatments and Results
2.1 Reiki is an energetic and complementary therapy. It does not replace medical or psychological care, and no guarantees are provided regarding the outcome of the treatment.
2.2 ChiShoNen shall not be held liable for the absence of results or for any form of emotional, mental, or physical harm directly or indirectly arising from the session or treatment.
2.3 It is the client’s responsibility to inform ChiShoNen of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect the treatment. ChiShoNen reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed necessary at its sole discretion.
3. Liability
3.1 ChiShoNen, its employees, and owners shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for:
- Damage, loss, or injury sustained during or after the treatment.
- Accidents on or around the premises of ChiShoNen, including falls, slips, or other incidents.
- Damage to or theft of clients’ personal belongings.
3.2 Parking and access to ChiShoNen’s premises are entirely at the client’s own risk.
3.3 The client indemnifies ChiShoNen from all liability, including cases of gross negligence, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
4. Cancellations and Payment
4.1 Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount.
4.2 No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount.
4.3 Payment must be made in advance or immediately following the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Privacy and Data
5.1 ChiShoNen handles all client data confidentially and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5.2 The client consents to the storage of personal data solely for administrative and communication purposes.
6. At Own Risk
6.1 The client undergoes a session or treatment entirely at their own risk. ChiShoNen is not liable for any physical or emotional effects arising from the treatment. All sessions will be performed with respect and care to the best of our ability.
6.2 Any complaints about the treatment must be submitted in writing within 7 days. ChiShoNen reserves the right to offer an appropriate resolution but is not obligated to do so.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 In cases of force majeure (e.g., illness, natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances), ChiShoNen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment without liability for compensation.
8. Governing Law
8.1 All agreements with ChiShoNen are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Acceptance
9.1 By booking an appointment, the client automatically agrees to this cancellation policy and these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with ChiShoNen, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount to compensate for the reserved time.
No-shows:
Failure to attend the appointment without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Force Majeure:
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies, leniency may be considered at ChiShoNen’s sole discretion.
How to cancel:
Cancellations must be communicated either by phone, the website or in writing like email.
